Welcome to A Little Stronger and like many people, I used to believe that losing weight meant strict diets and hours in the gym. But over the years, I’ve discovered a more sustainable and enjoyable approach.

I believe that you can have a healthy, balanced lifestyle while still indulging in your favorite meals. In fact, it’s all about making smarter choices, portion control, and finding balance in your everyday routine.

For my whole life, I was more overweight than I like to be. My uncle and cousins have always teased me because of my weight. Seems like every time I see them, they always have to comment on my weight and get a laugh out of it. Years later, I’ve managed to get results following my own advice and I would like to share those secrets with you. That’s why I’ve created this website. The goal is to get you a little stronger daily and I think you will notice the increase in your strength within a few weeks if you’re consistent.

Having a restrictive diet was not for me. I knew there was something better. So I made the decision to eat my favorite foods (basically anything I want to eat) but in smaller portions. This doesn’t mean pizzas and fried chicken everyday but I did eat those.

The smaller portions allowed me to get into a caloric deficit resulting in losing weight.
